1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service apply to all offerings provided by AccounttVision, including advisory sessions, digital materials, and tangible items made available through our website accounttvision.com.
2. Services
AccounttVision offers professional sessions focused on accounting vision and trends in Switzerland. Services may include consultation, workshops, and custom reporting. Fees are invoiced in advance or as agreed in writing.
- Scheduling and Cancellation: Clients may cancel a booked session free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 14 days incur an administration charge of 10% of the service fee.
- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend without prior notice, the full fee is due and no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling: A one-time rescheduling request is permitted if submitted at least 7 days before the original session date.
3. Digital Products
Digital offerings include e-manuals, recorded webinars, and templates. Delivery occurs via download link or email.
- Right of Withdrawal: Clients have a 14-day period from the date of purchase to request a cancellation, provided the digital material has not been accessed or downloaded.
- Access Trigger: Once download or streaming begins, the right of withdrawal expires immediately.
4. Goods
Tangible items such as printed guides or branded merchandise are shipped from Switzerland. Shipping times vary.
- Return Window: Clients may return non-personalized goods within 30 days of receipt if items are unused and in original condition.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective.
- Defects and Replacements: Defective products will be replaced or refunded in full upon verification.
- Personalized Items: No returns or refunds are available for customized goods.
5. Refund Policy
AccounttVision strives to ensure client satisfaction. The following outlines the refund procedures:
- Request Process: All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form with order details and reason for request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment instrument.
- Partial Refunds: Adjusted based on service usage or product condition. Administration fees may apply as described in Sections 2–4.
- No-Refund Services: In-person training sessions that commence as scheduled are non-refundable, given the reserved resources and time allocation. Clients may, however, request a one-time postponement subject to availability.
- Digital Material Access: If digital content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund is possible under applicable withdrawal rules.
6. Liability
AccounttVision’s liability for direct harm is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential harm.
7. Data Privacy

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising will be resolved by the competent courts in the canton of Zug.
